Let’s move toward the most meaningful finish line of our lifetime: positive change for the youth mental health crisis in Canada.
By clipping in, you are building a better future for young people. It will be the ride of your life. And it might help save someone else’s.
No matter what path we’ve taken to get here, we are all connected by our journeys with mental health. Held each spring since 2010 across Canada and beyond, thousands of Jack Riders have been moving towards a single destination: positive change for youth mental health.
Jack Ride fuels Jack.org’s essential programs – Jack Talks, Jack Chapters, and Be There – that work with youth in communities across the country to teach mental health fundamentals, reduce stigma, and create peer-to-peer connections for young people to own their mental health journeys.
Youth mental health in Canada has been in decline for over a decade. More young people than ever before are living with depression, anxiety, and a sense of helplessness.

We are all connected by our journeys with mental health. No matter what path we’ve each taken to get here - here’s why our Riders choose to take part.
“I lost both my brother and sister to mental health issues. With what I know now, I could have and should have done more to support them. Participating in this ride is an important part of the healing process for me, I cannot go back in time but I can contribute to spreading the message and offering support to those faced with similar circumstances today.”
